The most important relationship I have is the relationship with my children. Followed by the relationship I have with my fiancé, my best friend of 32 years, my immediate family, such as; my mother, my father, my aunt, my siblings, and their children. My current final relationship is with all the wonderful people I work and the families I serve.

My relationships are special because we all have one thing in common, the level support; I expect to always be supported by all these individuals and in return that is what is expected of me as well. We support each other physical, emotionally, and spiritually. A day never goes by without one of these individuals supporting me or me supporting them.
My family is most significant to me, and the many different characters is what's makes us the loving united family we are. My son is very caring yet funny, my daughter is sweet, my fiancé is so loving and considerate, my siblings are all so strong and independent, my nieces and nephews are so family orientated, my aunt is my 2nd mother, and last but not least; my mother, my mother has Alzheimer's and although it is a very hard situation it is because of all that she has instilled in us that makes us all who we are, she is our super women!
Without any of these relationships I would simply be a lost soul full of emptiness, I need and want all these relationships because they are what makes me feel whole, loved, and cared for.

Thank you for sharing you family photos. I agree family is everything and many times we do need to agree to disagree. It's being willing to overlook our many differences so we can remember the things that bind us together that keeps those relationships so strong.

ReplyDeleteMaria...I accidentally responded to the wrong post at first so I apologize for that and am re-posting here. So, first let me say that I love the name of your blog. I read that and had to check it out. I really enjoyed reading your post and learning about all the important relationships in your life. My children are the most wonderful, interesting, fun and frustrating part of my life and I can't imagine how I lived before them, and I appreciate you sharing your own experiences. I loved your quote "because of the many wonderful and beautiful relationship I currently have in my life I consider myself a very lucky individual!" I feel the same way. Thanks for posting all those great pictures and sharing your family and friends. I look forward to following your blog.
